Information you choose to send

When you suggest an event, report a listing, or share feedback, we may store:

• The event URL, event details, selections, notes, report details, or feedback you submit.
• Your email address if you choose to provide it. Email is always optional.

How we use it

Submitted information is used to review and correct event listings, follow up when clarification is useful, improve On the House, and keep the service reliable. Event tips, reports, and feedback remain private during review. If an event is approved, information from its public organizer listing may appear on On the House; your email address is never published.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic such as pages viewed, general location, referring sites, and device or browser type. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies and is designed not to identify or track individual visitors across websites.

Where information is stored

The website is hosted by Vercel, and submitted information is stored in a Neon-hosted PostgreSQL database. We limit access to the private review desk and use the information only for operating On the House. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Retention and your choices

We keep submissions and related information only as long as reasonably useful for reviewing listings, preventing duplicate work, responding to feedback, and maintaining the service. To ask about information you submitted or request its deletion, return to the homepage and use Share feedback. Include the email address associated with the submission so we can locate it.
